1. Wiring Instructions for Vortex Flow Meter
The wiring method for vortex flow meters varies depending on the type of sensor and transmitter. The specific instructions are as follows:
1. Wiring Instructions for Sensor Transmission System: Three wire system, including power supply, wide skin signal, and power ground three wires. Cable requirements: Use a three core shielded cable, with the shielded wire connected to the housing ground at one end of the sensor and not to the ground at the secondary instrument end. Wiring method: Connect the three cores to the power supply, signal, and power ground respectively.
2. Wiring instructions for transmitter. Wiring type: two-wire system, using two core cable.
. Wiring method: Connect the "+" terminal of the vortex street to a+24V power supply. The "-" terminal of the vortex street is connected to the "+" terminal of the test instrument signal input. Short circuit the signal "-" end to the 24VDC "-" end to form a circuit. This circuit outputs a 4-20mA current signal.III. Supplementary Explanation of Performance Characteristics Signal Output: The transmitter can output a 4-20mA two-wire current signal corresponding to the flow signal, which is suitable for long-distance transmission.
. Display function: It can simultaneously display cumulative flow and instantaneous flow, facilitating real-time monitoring. Correction function: It has five non-linear correction functions, which can improve measurement accuracy. Anti interference design: small signal cutoff function to avoid small wave interference. Damping time can be freely set to optimize signal stability. Process advantages: Adopting surface mount technology, with small volume and compact stru
